The best thing to do is to call 1-800-TACO-BELL or try the website. Try calling back. Definatley call the 1-800 number on the back of your reciept. That is called a "Customer Based CHAMPS Check". Make sure you emphasize the H in CHAMPS stands for Hospitality.

From the sound of it not yet.. I was a store manager and they let me go 2 wks before announcing bankruptcy. from the looks of it they are getting rid of store manager (highest paid in the store) and getting rid of the stylists too seeing they are pretty well paid too. it saves on benefits and payroll.. it's a horrible thing to do to people. but i would say they are on their way out
