My dear friend i can not understand why you want to place a ring there because it will be very uncomfortable and the change that you will get infection there is very high then the foreskin have in any way have to remove so why do you just go a circumcised and get it behind you but remember one thing that there is no easy way to reverse circumcision and in some cases there is no way.
