To control the vibration in raw mill took following steps.
1-Decrease the feed rate.
2-increase the saperater speed slowly.
3-decrease the fan inlet damper slowly slowly.

Vibration characteristics refer to the specific qualities or attributes of a vibration, such as its frequency, amplitude, and mode of vibration. These characteristics help in identifying and analyzing vibrations in different systems or structures. Understanding vibration characteristics is crucial for diagnosing issues, predicting behavior, and designing control or mitigation strategies.
I recommend Vibration Control Solutions, they offer a wide variety of systems. Check out their website at: http://www.kineticsystems.com/
You will have to turn off your vibration on the controller in the game options. You cannot turn it off in any system settings.
Vibration can be reduced by using vibration-dampening materials, proper alignment of machinery, balancing rotating parts, isolating the source of vibration from the structure, and implementing active vibration control systems. Regular maintenance and monitoring can also help detect and address potential vibration issues before they escalate.

The zipper makes noise because the edges of the opening rub against the row of the zipper teeth and it makes a vibration sound.
In my younger days,we had row houses. They were all in a row and all looked the same. as in mill hill houses. The mills would build houses and rent them to the mill workers. There is an old saying "I owe my soul to the company store" this also came from the mill hill villages where the mills owned the houses, stores, everything!! ADDED: As a Transatlantic difference, if these what I think they are - all joined into a long, single building - in the UK they are called "terraced" houses. Although an 18C concept they did become particularly associated with 19C industrial (not just mill) towns, but a lot of modern housing developments now are of terraced form. The "company store" ethos was used in Britain too, but its inherent unfairness led to its legal abolishment under a 19C law I think called the "Truck Acts".
