Three that I know of are the cop on New Orleans. set it up to where you steer character. stay to the right of gator float and try to jump into the crowd. If done right he will unlock. second is the pirate go to sea dogs challenge and stay in the center and stay up top you should hear his voice as you crash thru windows at the end. huck jam park two has an alien at the end as long as you stay up top on space ships.
