no he should not, they are only for us girls.we like wearing them under dresses.

boys can and also wear plastic pants, not because its for wetting, but they have the same fetish as women, so its all the same,

i have wear them, coz for one, i have to and also wear nappies as i have that kind of problem. and two, will they make me feel smooth down there. i just like w earing them aswell ruffled plastic pants are only for preteen and teen girls! they make us feel cute and girly.many girls wear them under wite connunion and confirmation dresses.i wore them under my poofy confirmation dress last may.
