In China Polarised Ray ban is made of Plastic Lens. If not polarised, than be glass lens.

Any way you may feel light when wearing polarised plastic lens and feel a little heavy in glass lens. But polarised is easy to be scratched. So should be careful when wearing .

Hope this can help you !!

How does ray ban compare to Maui Jim sunglasses?

Ray-Ban used to be a top tier manufacturer of sunglasses when they were owned by Bausch + Lomb. However, in 1999 Ray-Ban came under the control of Luxottica and quality has suffered since. I would recommend Maui Jim over any post-1999 Ray-Ban product. However, if you find a pair of pre-1999 Ray-Ban (there will be a "BL" etched into each lens), they should be optically equal to Maui Jim. Ray-Ban will block 85% of visible light with their B-15 and G-15 lenses, while Maui Jim will block 90% of visible light with their Neutral Grey lenses or 85% with their HCL Bronze lenses.
