Strechmarks are little streched out puple spots that usually happen to a womans stomach after pregnancy they are all streched out they are like little lines it happens when your skin isn't lubricated enough to stretch

hey I'm 12 and i have had acne for about 2 years , i have been looking all over the Internet and tried everything until now follow this , my spots all went in about a week or two you will need a potato and sudocream first in the night slice a thin of potato and rub on you face in circular motions , chuck the slice in the bin and put the potato in the fridge wait 15 minutes and wash off with cold water pat dry with a towel don't rub be for you go to bed dab on a little sudocream and by the morning they should have cleared up in a couple of weeks you spots should be all gone , drink plenty of water too , please try this it really helped me . you can read what the potato does on the Internet and sudocream together they make a great combination hope this helps xx
You should get a cold towel or hot,and wrap it around your wherever you need it.What size?Doesn't matter,just make sure it can wrap around you certain spot,or can lay on that certain spot.and keep it on there for a while and hopefully it will help. it helped me so hopefully it can help you!<3 :)
