Easy. There are SO many ways to do it. Try writing down your feelings and anger on a piece of paper and then throw it out. You can just get your anger out on the pillow. If you do violoence, someone will probably end up needing medical help. Also,try just going to your room and close the door and do things you love to help you calm down.
