At the end tell them what you have told them. * Visual aids can be a plus. Just don't put your audience to sleep. * Never read from a script. It's a good way to get lost. * If you are new at this, never look directly at the audience, but slightly over their heads. * Make sure your appearance is appropriate. First impressions are critical. * When you speak, do not shout, or whisper. Know the acoustics of the room. The above are just some ideas. I did not place them in any particular order. You can become more self confident by working on loving yourself. Take time to look at yourself in the mirror every day and point out all of your good qualities to yourself. You have to convince yourself that you are worthy of being important and that it doesn't matter what others think of you as long as you are OK with who you are.

no if you think you weight is too much you need to do more exercise or go on a diet. you don't have to go and starve yourself. u dont have to become anorexic models work out. I am sure not all of them are like that. Besides there are some models who are over weight u dont always have to be skinny
It isn't really a HOW, but just a matter of taking all your thoughts to heart. Instead of denying the facts, consider them. Just by giving yourself and your mind a chance, you can become more honest with yourself and your feelings.
