To not worry, you should try and be as stress free as possible. Even if you are not stress free, you must try and think relaxing and soothing thoughts that calm you down. Also, I find it helps if you take a few minutes out of your day every day to reflect on things and think about your hopes and goals and work on your plan to get there. Once you do that you will be well on your path to being worry free!
