The Helm of Darkness is Hade's symbol of power.
In one of the extras in the manga, Hohenheim gives Ed a nasty magazine...
No. A Chapter 13 that is converted to Chapter 7 must have been ORIGINALLY filed at least 8 years from the prior Chapter 7. So, if you filed Chapter 7 in 2001, then filed Chapter 13 in 2005, you can't wait until 2009 and then convert the 13 to 7 since it was filed within 4 years of the prior 7. In this case, you would have to wait until 2009 and then DISMISS the Chapter 13 and re-file a new Chapter 7 after the 8 years from the prior 7 expired. You can run up to the library and check it out, or even read it there. You can borrow it from a friend, buy it, or read it off the shelf at the book store. If it is only one chapter, it shouldn't take long.

Most folks do so. Ask your B/K attorney for state/case specific advice. Yes
In the novel "The Outsiders" by S.E. Hinton, Dallas Winston, also known as Dally, often gives advice to his friends, particularly Ponyboy and Johnny. However, Dally himself does not always follow his own advice. He is portrayed as a complex character who struggles with his own inner demons and often resorts to reckless behavior. Despite his tough exterior, Dally ultimately faces the consequences of his actions, highlighting the tragic consequences of his inability to heed his own advice.
Yes you can file bankruptcy. You cannot file another Chapter 7 again since you can't file it within 8 years of the previous Chapter 7, but you can file Chapter 13 since it is not subject to the 8 year rule. Also, Chapter 13 is the chapter many people use in foreclosure situations since it is designed to help people stop foreclosures and get back on track with mortgage payments. Yes. But my advice is to hire an excellent real estate attorney who will discuss with you the pros and cons of this matter. Remember, Chapter 7 wiped the slate clean. Don't let predatory lenders con you back into something your no longer liable for...
