There are many ways to deal with your anger i will give you 2 methods...

1. try to move away from what or who is making you angry then work out why you are angry then try to sort out your problems step by step.

2. try to go into a room that is quiet and has no distractions, then sit or lay down on a chair or your bed somewhere you are comfortable. close your eyes then place your hand onto your stomach breathe in and out slowly and steadily, focus on your breathing and nothing else in the room don't focus on your problems only on your breathing count to ten in our head or out loud, 1 exhale 2 exhale... when you think you are calmed down try to sort your problems out or move on in your life and forget the problems you had.

hope that one of these methods are just right for you... if not try asking someone you trust what they do when they are angry.
