Can someone suggest a good do it yourself book on finished basements? I have an unfinished basement and I would like to fix it up to increase my property value.
I would look in your local phone book for a company, then run them through the BBB to make sure that they are a good company before hiring them to do the work.
Yes it is a great book. Our class is reading it for our novel study and almonst everyone finished the book on the second day. =)
No it's not finished
The sequel is The Great Glass Elevator. It was published in 1972. There was going to be a third book but it was never finished.
I'm not aware of a place that you can. You can read the first few pages on Amazon, however, I believe. Just finished it...great book :)
You speed up by writing every single day. If you write 1500 to 2000 words every day, your book will be finished in one month. Then you can start editing and revising it until it's a great book.
No. It's a finished book.

Two great books on do-it-yourself basement remodeling are Remodeling A Basement Revised Edition by Roger German and Black & Decker The Complete Guide to Finishing Basements by the Editors of Creative Publishing. A great book for remodeling your basement is called Remodeling Your Basement: Expert Advice. You can purchase it from http://www.amazon.com/Remodeling-Basement-Expert-Advice-Tauntons/dp/1561586595 for $13.57.
