Why are you so sad and emotionally wrecked wanting to cry all the time?

sad! feeling sad is a problem a lot of teenagers face today. we feel sad because of some depressions of our mind. god has crated us to live happily in this wonderful world, so why do we feel sad? mostly we feel sad because of the stress and some problems. problems are common to everyone, no one is perfect in this world. if you are feeling sad of a problem, just think about others who have problems than you, then you can feel happy of your self.

actually i was always sad a year ago, i didn't feel to study, i didn't want to be with my parents, always i wanted to be alone and cry.. my parents have noticed this and they took me to a psychiatrist, he was very kind to me and he consulted me very softly..still i have a contact with him and now i don't feel sad for nothing as before.

i think it's better to consult a psychiatrist and solve your problems. and also when you feel sad try to do something what you like, pray.. you will be ok very soon. don't worry dear, everything will be alright. may god bless you and protect you.
