I would never suggest asking this question. Because you could get a number of websites that say they accept alertpay. But alert-pay has no return policy, nor does it offer advanced security services. One example is that you can have firefox remember your user name and password. This is a great security setback. I bet you can't do that in PayPal. Therefore, you can use alertpay to get something done in PTC sites, or something like that. If you are interested in this, just feel free to contact me (just comment/answer this).
NEVER EVER GO TO SERVICES THAT CHANGE ALERTPAY MONEY TO PAYPAL. They cost you a lot, if they are truly legit.
