I had the same question and also my chamois is a real skin and not synthetic.
What I found so far was yes BUT only in cold water and the gentle cycle .. or wash by hand in cold water.
More importantly do not put in dryer to dry .. hang dry. That makes perfect sense .. imagine drying a leather jacket in the dryer if it was wet !! It will be ruined.

A washing machine does not produce energy; it consumes electrical energy to operate. The amount of energy consumed by a washing machine depends on factors such as the size of the machine, type of wash cycle, temperature settings, and efficiency rating.
For the synthetics wash cycle on this washing machine, the recommended settings are typically a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water and a low spin speed to protect the synthetic fabrics.
A typical washing machine uses about 15 to 30 gallons of water per load, depending on the model and settings.
The answer depends on how many settings there are: washing machines are different.
The sixth sense technology in a washing machine refers to sensors that monitor and adjust the washing machine's settings based on the amount of laundry, type of fabric, and level of dirtiness. This technology helps optimize washing performance and energy efficiency, resulting in better cleaning results.
When purchasing a washing machine, key features to consider include capacity (size of loads it can wash), energy efficiency, water usage, wash cycles and settings, noise level, and durability.
Chamois leather can be expensive, but primarily it is used for absorbing moisture (especially in car washing). Some of its moisture absorbing properties come from is saturation with cod oil.
