It depends on the Big W, most of their stores have scaled back paint sales. The Big W I used to frequent in Sydney had a full blown paint mixing center and dedicated staff, this has since been removed, now that store sells mostly sample pots. The store where I currently live in Melbourne has no paint what so ever, not even aerosol spray paints, so my advice is let your fingers do the walking and give your local store a call.
