On many Pulsar watches there are 5-6 removable links. If you check the back of the band there will be an arrow showing the direction the pin should be pushed to remove it. Use a watch band tool or a small paperclip or stiff wire to push out the pin. two pins must be removed to take out 1 link. (Note the direction the pins are in when removed so they can be reinserted.) When reassembling be sure to push the pins in until they click.

Thanks for the above; I managed to take the links out of my new watch in ten minutes. I would warn others, however, that the pins were really quite difficult to shift; to the extent that I began to wonder whether I had followed the instructions correctly! I suggest something stronger than a paper clip may be needed. I used a tapestry needle (thicker and blunter than a standard hand sewing one) clamped in a vice to push the band down onto.

How do you adjust band on Daniel Steiger watch?

To adjust the band on a Daniel Steiger watch, first, identify whether the band has removable links or an adjustable clasp. If it has removable links, use a small tool to push out the pins connecting the links, then remove the desired number of links to achieve the proper fit. For an adjustable clasp, simply slide the clasp to the desired position and secure it. Always ensure the watch fits snugly but comfortably on your wrist.
