you have to buy a podz from Shopz or Booya

then place the item you wish to sell in the podz, depending on the type of item, some items can't fit in the small podz or beex podz, so you should buy a "Shop Podz" podz that can hold unlimted item and any item except Non-transferable items,

you have to get a shop podz which cost like 239 beex for the regular shop podz but if you want to sell things with wooz, you have to save up like 1,000 or more beex and 200 wooz. you can get the shop podz at any "citi-zone"

(furniture) go to your house then at the top left corner you will see edit click that after that click catalog and get anything you want. for clothes you can go anywhere even hoses and buy them.

It's very simple, you can go to any shop by clicking on the icon "World" and looking for shops. When you go into a shop, there should be some mannequins or something called a Shop Podz. Click that and there could be furniture or clothes. If you'd like to buy anything there, you click the icon with a shopping cart, overlapped by a plus sign. Click that, and then the "buy" button. Then, just confirm. And poof! You bought furniture (:
