To set the analog dial, just wait until the second hand is right on 12, and then pull the crown outward. The crown is the big knob at the 3-0'clock position. Rotate the crown until the time on the clock is right, and when you push in the crown, the watch will start running, so try to push the crown in at the top of the minute. To set the digital part, the lower right button means set, so hold that down until the seconds start flashing. Then you can press the upper right Start button to re-start the seconds at zero.
