How does a guy know his size in girls clothes?

A very loose rule of thumb for American male to American female sizes - for pants/jeans 1/2 of your waist size = starting size: 38 men's = 18 (to 20) women's**, 44 men's = 22 women's

note there are variances in length: petite, regular, women's, womens tall, most crossdressing males will not fit Junior sizes so I left them off.

Tops are similar but you have to measure around largest portion of chest (possibly adding for added breast size) 46" chest = 24-26 women's **, 40" chest = 20-22 women's

Shoes add 1.5 to 2 sizes to male size to get female (often you need to add width when only going 1.5 sizes up - that is if your male shoe size is 10 m, then 11.5w is most likely to fit, if not then go up to 12 m.)

Pantyhose - go by package, possibly adding 10 to 15 pounds to increase the life of your hose (and wash by hand- the machine washer loves to eat them like the dryer and socks.)

Panties - If you wear women's jeans 4-6 4, 8-10 6, 12-14 7, 16-18 8, 20-22 9, 24-26 use 10, 28-30 11

Bras - depend on what you use for "padding", forms have a specific size, use the cup size + 2 + the size of your chest, i.e. for a 46" chest with D cup, 48D seems to fit very well (a slight bit loose but not binding nor does it rub) drop the +2 if you are not using forms.
