Usually, a little stick comes with it, if there isn't one, your can use a popsicle stick or something. You put the rub-on paper with whatever you want to run-on, where you want to rub it on, (make sure it isn't a mirror image to you), then rub the end of the Popsicle stick on the certain rub-on, and rub it for about 30 seconds evenly. It should be done!!!
They're called tongue depressors. If all you need is one, go to the doctor and ask for one. If you need many of them...strangely enough, Staples has them.
Generally, it is about $3-$5. Differences are based on brand, store, retailer, and if you buy in bulk or on sale or not. Also, the size or amount of the stick could affect the cost.

Oh, dude, let me tell you, those Popsicle sticks are like tiny little warriors against water. They're made of wood, right? And wood and water don't really get along. So technically speaking, those sticks aren't waterproof at all. They'll soak up water faster than you can say "brain freeze."
You'll need your choice of juice, an ice tray, saran wrap, and toothpicks. First, make your juice by following the instructions on the can. Second, slowly pour the juice into the clean ice tray. Next, tightly wrap the ice tray in saran wrap. Finally, stick the toothpicks in the middle of each Popsicle. Now, freeze the particles in a freezer from 3-4 hours, or overnight if you want. Once frozen, take off saran wrap. When taking off saran wrap the toothpicks may come out. Just simply stick them back in. Twist the ice tray back and forth until the Popsicle break from the tray. Take them out and enjoy!
There are 8 tablespoons in one stick, so 3/4 of a stick.
