Justice designs their clothes to fit girls ages 6 to 14, so that is their target age range. But many girls stop shopping there when they get to middle school since the stores for older people get more popular and it makes you more "cool" to shop at those places. But I have also known of girls older than 14 that still shop there. So it just depends on the person.
