Sleevies are an oiginal creation by www.blueandwhitekids.com. They are 3/4 sleeve extensions made from several different fabrics combined with Lycra. Their primiary use was designed for the modest dress market such as Orthodox Jewry and some Christian segments that consider covering girls' and womens' elbows part of a proper modest dress standard. These "sleeve add-ons" have some natural cling in them due to the Lycra content and are manufactured with elastic band at upper arm for additional cling (without being too tight).
