I think you mean a secondary shopping centre? -Well it's just like a normal shopping centre except, in the normal shopping centre, all the things they don't sell, gets moved into the secondary shopping centre for a less price. So basicly its just another big shop that sells alot of good things from another normal shopping centre that don't get sold.
