I called Feit Electric and after a 15 minute wait time I finally spoke to somebody. According to this person, Bright Effects is a trademark of Lowes and several manufacturers make the Bright Effects cfl's for them. I have one that failed after about 6 months of very light duty service. This lamps is 20 W with the model number of BE20T3/D. This bulb is made by GE. Feit manufactured lamp's model number start P according to the representative I spoke to.
