I'm not sure that's possible. In the U.S., girls and womens shoes are classified as such by the sizes themselves. For example children's shoe sizes start at size '1' and continue in increments of 1, or 1/2, until size '13'. Each shoe size is slightly larger than the last. The sizes then start over again at 1 and are officially the 'adult' sizes. Shoe stores, however, generally stock the smaller 'adult' sizes with the children's section since most young ladies of this size are still well underage. The smallest size usually viewed in the 'women's' section is size '5'.
