The only place you can buy them is in Florida, in the Harry Potter park or online on Noblecollection.com
Actually the Noblecollection wand for Bellatrix LeStrange is different. I haven't compared the others. The one for her from Wizarding World at Universal is curved like the one in all the movie stills, but the one from Noble is straight and looks completely different. It may be that she had two wands, I don't remember, but you might want to check that before purchasing one.
