i live in Newcastle on tyne and am servised by thr slatyford lane post depot for the last couple of years the deliveries have been disgracefull often up to 4 pm before the mail arrives on contacting the depot the manager informed me that this route is his training route and we have changes of posties very often why cant he use other routes for training after all posties need to be trained but one route is as much the same as another the other problem i have is i live in a small 3 storey block of flats with security access my landlord was approached about a entrance key which was given to the post depot this key enables the postie to gain access to put post in our boxes when the postie is off he keeps the key stopping the relief postie from gaining entry the manager told me it means the postie has to return key to office for next day this is not my problem by not gaining access i am not getting my mail to me this is withholding the mail will you please sort out this so we can have a proper delivery at a decent time time
