There are about 50 different countries in Africa which have Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. Each association determines the uniform for their members, so it would be difficult to list all of them in this one answer. The one uniform piece that almost all Guide and Scout organizations require is the scarf/neckerchief. Most countries also require a shirt and the color of the shirt is based on the Guide/Scout level and the association they belong to.
