Early on in the "Lone Scout" a few slipped through not knowing or asking if they were male. Also the "Venture Scouts" had a path to Eagle very early on in the organization that a few more females got, and got to maintain the award.
Eagle scouts can be anything they want to be or can have any talent they want. -- There are a lot of former scouts who are singers, but doesn't look like Eagle Scouts. The links have lists of famous scouts who became singers.
