There is no such person. There is only a Grand Master for each Grand Lodge, one for each country or division of a country in many parts of the world. There is no single person who is in charge of Freemasonry for the world

There is no such thing. Freemasons are organized into Grand Lodges, usually one per country, or in larger countries like Canada, The United States, Mexico and Brazil, one per state, province or other unit. Each Grand Lodge has its own Grand Master who is not answerable to anyone out of the jurisdiction. If a Grand Lodge believes that another Grand Lodge has gone off the rails in some way, it can cut off communication with it and forbid inter-visitation, but it cannot control it.
