Veins. Have you SEEN those creepy red and blue (and sometimes purple!) lines all over your arms and legs? To me, they gross me out.... >.<
your veins normally pop out when you over heating or swetty because they want to cool down also when you get older your skin thins which can cause them to show.
First, start with an exercise. You can do this by putting arms straight up, and flexing hands back and forth. Next, soak your hands in warm water for at least five to six minutes every day. Put moist (not oily) body cream on arms\hands. My mum always said five drops of cream is enough. Do not over do it.
