Not exactly. If u mean a man that likes another man that's called gay.

Technically, a transexual- a 'woman' born in a 'man's' body- could be a lesbian, but she would still be considered a woman.

While many people would like to think that someone is either super duper straight or super duper gay, sexuality is more like a spectrum. I am sure that there are some people who are 100% one way or another, but for most it is not the case. So if you see someone who used to date men and is now dating a woman, they did not "turn" lesbian. This is just a person that attracted that portion of their sexuality that is, and always was, attracted to women.

Yes. People usually get sex changes because they feel "like they're in the wrong body." But sexual orientation (who you're sexually attracted to) is primarily determined by genetics, and a person who had a sex change would carry that sexual orientation with them into their new life.
