Lesbian is a term that applies to any person who identifies as female and is sexually and/or romantically attracted to other female-identified people. There is no specific action you must take to "become" a lesbian, this definition just must apply to you. It's not something you can choose or change or become because people are born that way.

Depends on the definition of "get".

If "get" refers to having in our possession then what you do it put a plate of cookies out in the open wherever lesbians tread (because screw sexuality, everyone loves cookies!) then prop up a box with a stick. Tie a string to the stick and put the cookies under the box. Hide in the bushes and wait for a lesbian to come to the cookies. When she goes after them pull the string resulting in the box falling and trapping her. You have now "get" a lesbian.

If "get" refers getting one as a girlfriend then that would depend on your gender. If you're a female keep doing what you're doing and you'll eventually meet up with one. If you are a Male then sneakier tactics are needed. The first option is to buy a Gypsy love potion and make her drink it, but those things cost too much money in hard times like these. The second option is to turn her Bisexual, but that's rather hard and pointless. The third option is to become a woman yourself, completely ignoring the contradiction that love potions are too expensive, surgery is the way to go. A snip-snip here and some fake boobs there and voilà you are now lesbian eye-candy.

You can't just BE a lesbian. A lesbian is just born not having attractions to men. I'm a lesbian because guys get on my nerves, their ugly, and always playing the male role in a relationship. If there was one guy who would let me be the male I'd give them a chance. You see lesbians are just born that way.
