Why do people turn gay or bi?

Being gay isn't a decision. Being gay and being out is the decision. Gay is just a feeling that you can't hide or control, or change. It's just like having a crush on someone of the opposite sex, you can't help it. You like what you see, and that is that.

If a guy is straight, it doesn't matter how many times he's be hurt by women he'll always go back for more. Straight guys adore women and would have the same interest in being with a man as they would in being with a grey hound. Now, the fact that bisexuality exists confuses some people into thinking that sexual orientation is a choice for everyone, but people who are gay or straight do not have a choice to be the other orientation.

Actually, *some* people do choose it, and there are LGBT people who indeed claim they do and feel insulted that other people whom they consider arrogant dare tell them they were born that way and negate their choice. Most of the ones saying this feel that bisexuality is the norm.
