So the government will have more power.
In communist countries, people's rights are often limited through strict government control and suppression of dissent. This is rooted in the belief that a strong centralized state is necessary to achieve social and economic equality. Basic freedoms such as freedom of speech, assembly, and religion may be restricted to maintain party control and ideological purity.
Factors such as low labor costs, lack of strong labor regulations, poor working conditions, and limited enforcement of labor rights have led to the rise of sweatshops in foreign countries. Companies seeking to cut production costs often exploit these conditions, resulting in the proliferation of sweatshops in global supply chains.
Peasants typically lived in rural areas, worked the land as farmers or laborers, and often had limited access to education and resources. They were part of the lower social class and had limited rights and mobility compared to the nobility.
Human rights and fundamental rights are closely related but not exactly the same. Human rights are universal rights that are inherent to all individuals by virtue of being human, whereas fundamental rights are specific rights guaranteed by laws or constitutions of a particular country. While fundamental rights may encompass some human rights, human rights are broader in scope and not limited by national borders or legal systems.
In a democratic society, power is distributed among citizens through voting and elections, with a focus on individual rights and freedoms. In a communist society, the government controls the means of production and wealth is redistributed among the population, aiming for economic equality and social justice.

Many countries that have dictators and communist governments. The US might be the ONLY nation that has INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS written into it's constitution.
The Constitution had already limited the powers of government and protected the peoples' rights, because of that the bill of rights seemed nonessential.

no

It threatened peoples rights to privacy. Also McCarthy often never had proper evidence, warrants, or proof of his communist accusations. Although he did help to weed out some communists in office, he also injustly accused many who were innocent. :)
mobility, aboriginal peoples, official language, multiculturalism
Communist
The countries which today are officially run by a Communist party today are: People's Republic of China, North Korea, Laos, Vietnam, Cuba, Nepal, Belarus, and Russia. So there are still 8 communist countries.Technically they are not communist because....Communism is not where there's a leader/dictator. Communism is about ZERO government. The moment you add government, it's not longer communist. Countries such as North Korea are not even communistic. If you break down what they're doing piece by piece, they are NOT communist. You do get the chance to choose your future in a communist society. You do get human rights, way more than you would ever get in a capitalist society. You do get free speech, way more than you would ever get in a capitalist society.
