Money provides opportunity for better education, better housing, safer and healthier environments. In turn those types of surroundings provide a more civil, enlightened, and positive socialized group of individuals. This socialized group are more able to concentrate on personal growth and careers, rather than keeping their utilities on and food on the table due to a lack of funds. Although there are exceptions to the rule, most humans are unable to reach their full potential in a deprived and negative environment.

Money can influence social groups by determining access to resources, opportunities, and status symbols. Those with more money may be able to join exclusive clubs, live in certain neighborhoods, or afford expensive experiences that can define their social circles. Additionally, the pursuit of wealth can sometimes lead to social stratification and the formation of groups based on economic status.
