Your friends shape your identity just as much as your family if not more. If you are around someone enough you will start picking up traits of said person. If you are around someone who is always smiling and expressing themselves more than likely you will begin to express yourself too, not as much as them your mind will find a comfortable level of expression. You gather the traits from those around you and your mind will tell you which are good and bad and try to get rid of the bad. With the good trait it will find your comfort zone. That is why adults are always trying to get children and teenagers to understand who your friends are shape who you will be in a way. Some people have no problem being good hanging out with people who are bad. There are two possible reasons for this; One they have a strong mind, or two they have a low self-esteem and feel good being better than those they hang around with in a sense. Some people have a bit of both which is not uncommon. Hope this helps you. ~Angelic Beauty~

Cultural identity occurs everywhere in our world, everyone has a culture and therefore identity comes along with it. What is the difference between individuality and identity?

the difference between identity and idiviuality is Identity : How you define yourself. Identity can mean so many different things and I think everyone has a different opinion on it. To me, it means who you are when no one is around. Some people are afraid to show their true colours in front of people. I think these people are losing their identity. I am always true to myself and don't change for anyone but who I'm around decides my identity, my identity is made from my characteristics, friends, parents and myself. I am, Jacksis Kodia, but my true identity is so much more than that.
