uhm, Perhaps math is not your forte. Lets see. A quarter of billion people are black people, and the rest of them are white. Uhmmm Lets not count at all all Oriental people like China, mongolia, Vietnam, laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Philippines, Oriental Russia, Japan, korea, Nepal Bhutan, eEschimos, all native americans and more. There are approximately 1 billion Blacks in the World. However, it is difficult to get an exact number because of population statistical issues, mixed race individuals (do Biracial individuals who have a Black appearance count as Black, what if they have a lighter appearance?), and there are a large number of undocumented Africans in Europe.
