* Inactivity due to TV watching and playing Video Games instead of getting outside and playing, riding bikes, physical games, things that most kids did before the advent of in-home entertainment, encourages lethargy. This also contributes to an increase in weight and health related problems such as juvenile Diabetes and obesity.
