Only 3 people died as a result of the actions of Weather Underground. All 3 of them were members of WU who were killed when a nail bomb they were building accidentally detonated.

All other weather underground bombings targeted empty government buildings. Apart from the 3 accidental deaths of WU members, the weather underground's bombing campaign did not kill or injure anyone
