This is a scenario that is impossible to quantify or extract statistics from. No one can possibly tell how much more serious their injuries (or deaths) would have been had they NOT worn seat belts.
Accidental deaths due to breathing in too much carbon dioxide are rare. Inhaling high levels of CO2 can cause symptoms such as dizziness, headache, confusion, and in severe cases, unconsciousness or death. However, fatal incidents from breathing CO2 are uncommon outside of industrial or confined space accidents.

to do the driving when there are people who drink too much to drive in your group
There are accidents because without signals, the other drivers on the road are unaware of which direction you are driving in, and that can lead to cutting people off. It pretty much just leads to danger
It depends on how much you have had to drink but it is entirely possible.
you already drank too much
In the whole world, millions of accidents occur every day. There are accidental accidents of course, and if there were only that many, there wouldn't be too much of a problem. Naturally though, there are more than that: Drunk driving accidents, Suicidal driving accidents, Drug induced accidents, and the occasional hitting of pedestrians, bikers, etc. Ultimately, you can't count the number of accidents because of classification in the court systems and whether an accident is counted as one or not (and that brings up a lot of legal things that I won't go into).
they dont drink and drive as much as United States does but about 100 people die each year of drunk driving
It affects people very much. When you drink while driving, your brain goes crazy and you just loose your mind. It can also create a big caos. When a drunk driver has an accident because they are impaired they can kill innocent people.
Cognitive dissonance

If you try hard enough, you can get not as many people driving cars to reduce pollutions. Cars are probably causing the most accidents because they are the most dangerous to drive (yes, more dangerous than an airplane). There ARE too many people on the road. This causes to much pollution.
The traffic lights impacted the world because it gave some rules in driving and so there were not that much accidents to happen.
People in England/ Great Britain don't drink so much tea. This is just an American stereotype.
Even though many people don't want talking on your cell phone while driving to be illegal, it should be because you cannot focus on driving as much as you would if you weren't talking. Serious accidents can happen even when you take your attention off of the road for a few seconds.
