Vast sections of society - including manufacturing, transport, crime-detection, medical and service industries - would either be unable to function, or only be able to provide a basic service.
Without computers, our lives would be significantly impacted as we rely on them for communication, work, entertainment, and managing everyday tasks. We would have to rely more on traditional methods of doing things, such as using pen and paper, face-to-face communication, and physical documents. Overall, our efficiency and connectivity would likely be reduced.
Answer:
Is certainly possible. Millions of people do not have computers.
Answer:
Yes, of course. How do you think people lived before computers were invented? How do you think people who can't afford a computer live?
Answer:
Very different, you wouldn't be able to find out information, and all essential things to life in the 21st century!
Companies would still be hiring thousands of human computers to do their calculations. But the problem with human computers is that the job is time consuming, monotonous, and very error prone, requiring multiple people repeat calculations and compare their results. Many of the calculations done regularly today (e.g. weather predictions) would not even be attempted as the results would not be available until long after they were no longer of any value to have.
IT WOULD ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't think i could live without a computer
I agree with the answer above ,but didn't the people before the computers were invented live with out them?
But I STILL WOULDN'T HAVE LIVE WITHOUT THEM!
Good and bad, Good for the sense that old morales and ways would still be around today, people would be nicer and things like that, like old school 1920's having fun not a care in the world. Bad because we wouldn't have the advance technology to help with diseases and health and stuff like that so its a 50/50 that it would be good and bad, but things are how they are know so theres no changing them
Computers run our world today - utilities, cars, most stores, industries, etc. All depend on computers to function. If all computers ceased to function, the world would be in a world of hurt, especially in the most developed areas. Cars would not work, there would be no electricity, water systems would cease to function, stores could not function. There would be no communications.
What is the one thing that if it didn't happen, we wouldn't have the computers we have today?
If the computer had never been invented the world would have continued without them. They are a luxury, not a necessity.
Like they were in 1950. I don't know how it would be bad, but it would be different.
As of 2021, the percentage of households in the US with a computer is around 90%. This percentage has been steadily increasing over the years as technology becomes more pervasive.
As of 2021, around 85% of U.S. households have computers. This percentage has been steadily increasing over the years as technology becomes more integrated into our daily lives.
Slaves' lives were hard because they were treated as property, denied basic human rights, forced to work long hours in harsh conditions, and faced violence and abuse from their owners. They had no control over their own lives and were often subjected to inhumane treatment without any recourse or support.

A person living "next door" is a neighbor. But, neighbor also includes someone who lives in a separate area that is above or below your living area, and the term neighbor extends to people living on your street, block, or general vicinity.
I would crawl into a dark corner.
without science and technology, we would still be hunter-gatherers working hard for a living, and there would be no such things as cars, electricity, cities, computers, the internet, etc.
Look around, the whole world runs on computers. Without them there would be no card being made, no electricity being produced and hardly any new medicines. The human race is dominated by computers.
HOW COMPUTERS HAVE CHANGED OUR LIVES?
The biggest impact of burning fossil fuels is the modern lifestyle we live. Without the burning if fossil fuels we would have far less healthy lives, that would be much shorter and without heat, transportation, medicine or electricity or computers. Mortality rates would be massively higher.
We would be in poor shape
Yes because if we didn't have computers you would never be able to ask this question.
better?
people would live alot diffrent lives and we would have diffrrent cities and communites. we would eat differently and live our lives without alot of things. there you have your answer fo "how would life be different without the construction fo the us?"

Computers do enrich the lives of children in view of the fact that they promote reading as most of the data on computers is text that needs to be read. They also save time as using the computers to gain information would exempts us from the time required to browse through books for the same material. It also flourishes children's intellectual abilities.
