Families certainly are important in society. Unfortunately, many come from disfunctional families, but, some are lucky to have a fairly normal family with love and affection. We all have a need to belong. One thing I learned that sometimes when someone's family life doesn't work out (with a mother, father, etc.) and you are older there is nothing to say you can't find affection from another family. I have a girlfriend in her 40s and her parents passed away and she has no relationship with her 2 sisters and 2 brothers, so she basically adopted my husband and I and we love it and so does she, her husband and their daughter (our Goddaughter.) Even animals live in packs because they need each other, so I can well understand why we need a family of sorts. Not only do we need family for survival, we need a companion or two to help us out when we need it.
Agencies of socialization are institutions or groups within society that help individuals learn and internalize cultural norms, values, and behaviors. These agencies include family, schools, peer groups, mass media, and religious institutions. Each agency plays a crucial role in shaping an individual's social identity and understanding of the world around them.
Marriage can serve as an agent of socialization by shaping individuals' roles and responsibilities within society. It can provide a structured environment for learning social norms, values, and behaviors through shared experiences with a spouse. Additionally, marriage can influence individuals' interactions with broader social networks, influencing their beliefs and practices.
The four main theories of socialization are psychoanalytic theory, cognitive development theory, social learning theory, and symbolic interaction theory. Each theory focuses on different aspects of how individuals develop their sense of self and acquire the skills, knowledge, and values necessary to function in society.
The family serves as a primary unit for socialization, where values, beliefs, and norms are transmitted from one generation to the next. It also provides emotional support, nurturance, and security for its members, fostering a sense of belonging and connection. Additionally, families offer a structure for managing and organizing daily tasks and responsibilities, such as childcare and household management.
The main task of the school in relation to socialization is to help students develop social skills, learn how to interact with others, and understand societal norms. Schools provide opportunities for students to engage with peers from diverse backgrounds, collaborate on projects, and participate in extracurricular activities that promote social development.
Socialization is the main thing you can get from the society.

It is the society and family reasons that are the main reason for love and relationship failures. Society and family reasons should be ignored if you are in true love.
The product of the different agents of socialization make us who we are. Socializing agents influence our thoughts and actions. Family is considered to be the most important agent of primary socialization. The family teaches children basic skills that allow them to function in society. As children grow older the family's influence is reduced. Schools become the main agent of secondary socialization, teaching children how to become "good citizens" (the hidden curriculum). As children continue to grow, the influences from both the family and school decrease and, instead, are replaced by the influences from peer groups. Children begin to adopt their own identities, separate from their families. In the twenty-first century, the mass media has become an important socializing agent because of its exposure to people.

The framers saw the main source of conflict in society as the unequal distribution of power and resources among different groups. They were concerned about potential threats to individual liberties and the need to balance competing interests to maintain a stable and just society.
