judgemental is a personality characteristic of someone who may be contantly opinionated who expresses it and can be a social problem if it is of constant negativity in expression towards people or anything as simple as a Banana but also depends on who acknowledges the facts in an opinion on of their own . so yes it can be a social problem but can be changed in a matter that the own which may or may not understand and depending upon who comes to the conclusion that the characteristic is a prblem for the ones well state of mind.
