Another answer from our community:yes they are if you think about it because we all came from GOD we are all GOD's children. A literal reading of The Bible says that we are all related, because we are all descended from Adam and Eve, as well as all being descended from Noah.

Genetic biologist say that mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) proves that we are all descended from a "Mitochondrial Eve" who lived around two hundred thousand years ago. Of course, this "Eve" was not the only female ancestor. We are all descended from a single woman who had that mtDNA type, but we are also descended from her mother-in-law and from many other females.
