There does not appear to be an official world record for the most pencil shavings in a bag. Guinness World Records may not have a category specifically for this, but individuals or organizations can create their own unofficial records for fun or as part of an event.
The most snails on a face went to 9 year old Tiana Walton who smashed the world record by 25, the previous record was 15.
The current world record for the most pies eaten in one minute is 4, achieved by Michelle Lesco in 2018.
The world record for the most jumping jacks in one minute, according to the 2009 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records, is 96.
The current world record for remembering and reciting the most digits of pi is held by Chao Lu from China, who recited 67,890 digits of pi in 2005.
I do not know the world record for this particular metric, but I once new a girl (J.Holmes) who, circa April 2009, set a world record for most gum chewed in a ten minute period. The exact quantity was not precisely recorded, but those in attendance later said it had to have been at least half a pack, or almost half a pack somewhere in the half-a-pack range. It shall go down as lore I am quite sure.
As of 2021, the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of erasers belonged to Petra Engels from Germany, who had amassed over 19,571 different erasers.
The world record for the most number of pencils held in one hand is 71, set by Ashrita Furman (USA) in 2016.

The answer is that there isn't one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Most of the shavings will fall away harmlessly, this can be demonstrated by using a magnet to collect and measure them.
Probably the desk, the pencil, or the paper.
