Ozzies have (!) to be *genuinely* laid-back. This means they do everything they can to appear cool, chilled, non-stressed, relaxed, laid-back, cruisy. Many really manage to be chilled, but not too rarely all this effort and concernedness to be *really genuinely* cool results in quite some stressedness, ironically. Of course there are more things, but this is a neat and outstanding one to me.
