Stereotypes are used to support an opinion or ideology. Stereotypes are usually based on attributes of a few to describe an entire group. The irony is that these attributes can actually be found in any group. Most human and cultural traits are universal in some form or another.
Depends who you are, but many people think that black women are much more sexualy active than white women, and by sexualy active I mean openly discussing sexual matters, and being very flirtatious and suggestive. I do not think this, let me make that clear, it is a stereotype common on tv and in movies.
